Areas of Expertise

Anxiety & Feeling Stuck

Maybe on paper things look fine, but inside you feel anxious, flat or quietly lost. You might notice the same patterns coming up again and again in work or relationships, or feel like you're not where you 'should' be by now. Together we can slow down, notice what's keeping you stuck, and find what you need to move forward.

Relationships & Loneliness

London can feel both crowded and lonely, and it isn't always easy to find people with the time or headspace to really listen. Whether you're struggling in a relationship, going through a break-up, or finding it hard to feel close to the people around you, therapy offers a space to understand how you connect with others, and how you'd like to.

Self-Esteem & Life Changes

Sometimes there's a gap between who you feel you are inside and how you show up in the world. I also work with low self-confidence, burnout, bereavement, family issues and big life transitions, helping you reconnect with a sense of self that feels like your own.

My Approach

I originally trained as an actor, so my approach can sometimes be more creative than others, but any suggestions from me in the therapy room are only ever invitations, and we always work at a pace that suits you. I see my role as an interactive one, so you won't be left sitting in long silences if you're not sure what to say.

Therapy should be a place where, once a week, someone listens intently to what you have to say. I'll ask open questions, offer new perspectives and gently challenge the stories you hold about yourself that might be keeping you somewhere you no longer belong. Sometimes we might try exercises or 'mini experiments' to help work through particular challenges.

In our first session, we'll talk about what you're hoping to get from therapy, and I'll get to know your background, your relationships and your culture. No detail, thought or feeling is too small to bring. Above all, we'll build a relationship based on trust, because that's what makes real change possible.

I'm a BACP registered Gestalt therapist, and I also draw on person-centred, attachment-based, emotion-focused and mindfulness approaches. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, so we can see whether we're a good fit.
