Elle Robertson

BACP registered Counselling Therapist

Welcome. Therapy for adults in their 20s and 30s who feel stuck. In person in Earls Court, Kensington, and online.

What I offer

I work with adults in their 20s and 30s who feel stuck, whether that's in a career, a relationship, or a version of themselves they've outgrown. Many of my clients are creatives, and many come to therapy feeling anxious, lonely, or like they're not where they 'should' be.

I offer sessions in person and online, and a free 20-minute introductory call so we can see whether we're a good fit.

About me

Hi, I'm Elle

I'm a counselling therapist based in London, and I work with adults in their twenties and thirties who feel stuck, whether in a career, a relationship, or a version of themselves they've outgrown. Drawing on experience in the NHS and private practice, I offer a warm, honest relationship in which you can notice what's keeping you stuck and find what you need to move forward.

2013 – 2018 / Acting and touring

I trained as an actor, then toured Shakespeare plays across Europe, building the skills I still bring into the therapy room: listening closely, staying present, and noticing what often goes unsaid.

2018 – 2019 / Back to London

Back in London, I volunteered as a Samaritan while working in a pilates studio. I qualified as a personal trainer and became fascinated by health, fitness and embodied practices.

2019 – 2022 / Training as a counsellor

I trained as a counsellor, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Certificate in Gestalt Humanistic Counselling, with clinical experience in the NHS and at the Personal Growth and Development Centre.

2022 & beyond / Private practice

I opened my private practice, working with adults in their 20s and 30s who feel stuck. I'm a BACP registered therapist, I support people working in theatre through Applause for Thought, and I'm working towards BACP accreditation.
